Green doesn’t necessarily have to be a vegetable

Who says you can pretend donuts are good for you?😂 In this case they actually are!! Gluten-free matcha cake donuts, with key lime drizzle..they Are beautiful, and actually on the healthy side! I have been thinking about making them, but was very intimidated, but trust me, it’s no different than making any other gluten free baked goods!

Matcha has a strong green tea flavor though, so I did upped the sweetening agent- organic honey in this case-, but they were delicious! I used coconut flour, and all purpose gf flour as well.
